Floor Space Comparison
The following depicts a test floor with
(a) 32 CPUs in the form of 16 Dual CP80s, as a bench mark; ( b) 28 CP100
pluses which provide, on average, the equivalent throughput (estimated
loaded average, assuming CP100+ is always operating to generate its
maximum advertised throughput); and (c) 5 PE3000 Quad units with 1
PE3000 Triple unit which provide, on average, the equivalent throughput.
The PE3000 performance represented here reflects actual customer
experience. This comparison includes minimum terminals/monitors and
minimum printers.
