Repair/Refurbishment – Socket Adaptor Cables
ATE Support repairs socket adaptor cables with our in house cable tester. We can also repair load boards and other peripherals.
Calibration Repair
ATE Support repairs damaged calibrators – everything from replacing oscillators to performing repairs (switch cleaning, lamp replacement, correction of minor faults such as broken wires, hardware etc…) Our level of quality repair and attention to detail is unmatched.

Repaired item is installed in a complete system and checked out with comprehensive system diagnostics. |

After functional test of repaired items, Vcc and other appropriate voltages will be adjusted to outer margins and tested for correct operation. |

Upon completion of full functional and voltage margin testing, repaired assembly will be subjected to a diagnostic loop for 16 to 48 hours (depending on the device) and monitored for correct operation. |

After the burn-in period, the repaired item is tested at higher and lower temperatures than the normal operational temperature (depending on manufacturer’s specifications); simulating the stresses of long term use |

There are times when a repair or replacement item is needed quickly due to down equipment. ATE Support stocks a large inventory of boards, modules, disk & tape drives to accommodate our customers in these instances. |
