ATE Support was founded in 1997 specializing in sales, field service and hardware training for Automated Test Equipment (ATE), specifically the LTX77 and Synchromaster products. The operation expanded to include board repair, computer repair, and sales of Test and Measurement equipment. ATE Support grew during that period, and established representatives in other parts of the world, expanding their product line and service capabilities.

ATE Support is now a global leader specializing in remarketing semiconductor automated test equipment, repair services, tester upgrades, spare parts, hardware training and optimization tools. ATE Support offers board repair and field service support for Advantest 33XX, LTX 77/90, Teradyne A360 and A5XX, Motorola DTS, Schlumberger Sentry and other ATE.
